## Introduction

In this guide, we learn how to create the body of a quotation, covering specific charges and their corresponding values, currency selection, notes to clients, and operations.

Unlike the[ Get Quotation Reference number](https://app.archbee.com/docs/VdhTf_XCblsNbwhputlkA/GNR9zWjKiGsjDIQIkK2hQ) guide, which focuses on constructing the header, this guide focuses on the details of the quotation's body.

There are two methods for generating the body: manual charge addition for customization and using Pricing templates and FAK rates for efficiency.

## Conditions

:::hint{type="info"}
- There should be an existing quotation in the Quotation Builder.
- You must attach the Terms and Conditions before saving the quotation.
- Regardless of the date, it is necessary to have at least one registered exchange rate.

## What I learned

Understanding the concept of quotation options is crucial as they need to be specified in every quotation.

When the unit sale is set to zero, it represents a cost absorbed by the overall profit. These costs are transferred as provisioned costs to the booking but are not displayed in the quotation. Provider selection is mandatory for these cases.

When the unit cost is set to zero, it indicates an internal charge that does not have a buying rate. These cases are included in the quotation but are not transferred to the booking as provisioned costs. There is no need to define a provider for these cases.
