# Introduction

The creation of Insurance Policies is only enabled for the TMS in Germany, as they hold the contract with the insurance company. It is important to complete a preliminary process through Schryver's Intranet, which we will not detail in this guide.

# Conditions

- You need to know the amount to be insured, the currency, and the language in which you will print the Policy.
- You must obtain the Policy Number through Schryver's Intranet.
- For air and sea routes, you must have entered the ports/airports in the routes so that you can view the insurer's corresponding companies in those countries.
- For land routes, you must have correctly filled in the country of origin and destination on the booking screen to view the insurer's corresponding companies in those countries when creating the policy.
- If a truck freight is insured, it must be international; the insurance company does not cover domestic shipments.
