# Introduction

Logic enables you to effectively store, arrange, and manage your documents, emails, excel sheets, and any other quotation-related files.

These files are securely stored in the cloud, linked to the corresponding quotation reference, enabling convenient access from wherever you are through the sales dashboard.

Once a file has been uploaded, you can modify its description for better organization, or delete any files that were saved by mistake.

# Conditions

- A quotation must already be in existence and visible in the sales dashboard.
- The attached files for each quotation must not exceed 250MB in size.

## Delete a file

If you accidentally upload a file, you can either update the file description or remove it from the quotation.
