Modify Quotation Info
At Logic, quotation data is categorized into three sections: the header, the body, and the terms. The header contains general information such as the recipient of the quotation, the contact details of the sales representative, and basic characteristics of the shipment. The body contains transportation details of the shipment, and the terms section contains consignment details.
In this tutorial, we will guide you through how to modify the different sections of a quotation.
- The quotation must exist in the database.
- The transportation details of the shipment must be filled in.
Quotation Information can be Modified anytime through the sales dashboard.
Clicking on Modify enables updating and creation of new contacts for the client associated with the quotation.
Unlike in "Quick Quotation" the Mode of Transport and Load Type field cannot be left blank.
The "Consignment details" text editor allows for storing extensive text, enhancing the quotation process with additional context.
