# Introduction

Attachments are the Quote's file repository, allowing storage of emails, documents, and media related to the quotation's process with a maximum file size of 250 MB per upload. Files are securely stored in the cloud and are accessible anytime, from wherever you are.

Selection of the file type is important as it determines who can access or not access the Attachment.

The status of the worksteps can be set as "completed" or "not completed". The completed steps will be marked green once you go back to the Dashboard.

To see the newly attached files for a booking after uploading, select "Update" from the top left corner of the Operations Dashboard.
