Operations Dashboard
In this guide, we will learn how to navigate different sections of Logic's Operations Dashboard. While it initially explains the process from the Supervisor's perspective, it subsequently explores the functions of different sections, regardless of the user's role.
The main difference between the two use cases is that as a Supervisor, you can integrate other users' Bookings into your dashboard, allowing for supervision, collaborative work, and backup purposes.
Another way of collaborating with other members of the team is by bringing other users' bookings into your Dashboard without changing its responsible users. To learn how to Import Bookings, click here.
- The General Manager or Supervisor role is required to view or access other users' dashboards.
- You must have Bookings under your name, either as sales or operations executive or import them into your Dashboard, in order to be able to work on them and access the main operational modules
All functions of the panels in the Operations Dashboard work similarly regardless of the user's role, except for the possibility of seeing other users' dashboards.
All Bookings belonging to operations and sales executives defined in the Booking module, are displayed in the Operations Dashboard's main panel.
You can add or remove columns in the different sections of the Operations Dashboard.
You can import other users' Bookings into your dashboard to work on them collaboratively.
