Attachments
Attachments are the booking's file repository, allowing storage of emails, documents, and media related to the shipment's process with a maximum file size of 250 MB per upload. Files are securely stored in the cloud and are accessible anytime, from wherever you are.
The status of the worksteps of the attached files can be set as "completed" or "not completed". Additionally, when uploading a file, you can simultaneously link and complete a workstep from the Booking's Workflow, making the management of files very easy. This process saves time and streamlines the workflow.

- Maximum file size: Files should not exceed 250MB each.
- The file type must be selected and a description provided before hitting the upload button.
Selection of the file type is important as it determines who can access or not access the Attachment.
The status of the worksteps can be set as "completed" or "not completed". The completed steps will be marked green once you go back to the Dashboard.
To see the newly attached files for a booking after uploading, select "Update" from the top left corner of the Operations Dashboard.
