Define your Workflow
Workflows serve as a digital version of a checklist for your shipment. The Workflow Master, which comprises the tasks for the complete transportation process, like a door-to-door shipment, is defined and managed by a supervisor role in the Workflow Administration module.

Second, the Booking Workflow, which is a specific checklist for a shipment, comprises actual work steps from the Workflow master, but not exclusively. Third, Workflow templates are recurring booking workflows that can be saved and applied to new operations without individual selection.
This guide focuses on selecting work steps from the Workflow Master, Saving Templates, and Updating Workflows.
- A booking must exist
- Workflow Masters should be visible when the Workflow Configuration window appears. In case this window is empty, contact your Supervisor or System administrator.
Workflow is the tool that enables teams to keep a single source of truth about shipments' status.
Saving Workflow Templates enables both time-saving and reuse.
If you selected the wrong steps, you can always modify and update the workflow tree.
