Introduction
The notes panel can be accessed from the Sales and Operations Dashboard. Some notes are automatically generated by the system when executing actions in Logic.
In this guide, we will learn how to add information and context to your Booking or Quotation conveniently. It works like jotting notes on paper, but it's cloud-based and available 24/7. 
Conditions
To add notes, you need an existing Booking or Quotation.
