Introduction

It is now possible to subscribe your sea and air freight shipments to a real-time tracking service. The subscription is automatic as soon as certain data is registered in the route and the sea or air waybills.

Conditions

For sea freight shipments:

The booking must have at least the container number and either the MBL number and/or the shipping line's booking number. Without this information, the option will not appear when you right-click.
Each time changes are saved to the route or the MBL, a subscription attempt will be made.
In the specific case of Germany, when dealing with a consol booking, a subscription attempt will also be made when changes are made on the Booking Consolidation screen.

For air freight shipments:

The booking must have the Master AWB number.
As soon as the MAWB number is registered, a subscription attempt will be made.
