Link Quotation to a Booking
Linking a quotation to a booking enables the operations teams to utilize a significant portion of the sales data for populating booking fields, thereby minimizing the need for manual work within the system.
In cases where a quotation is created after the booking, utilize the "Link to Booking" function.
This process can also be done from the Booking perspective.
After linking the Quotation and Booking, you can conveniently access the Quotation from the Operations dashboard.
- A quotation must have at least one saved version.
- The booking you intend to link must already exist and be accessible through the booking fields.
- Multiple bookings can be linked to the same quotation, but one booking can only be linked to one quotation.

When linking a quotation to an existing booking, the system enables the transfer of buying rates as provisioned costs and the option to attach notes and attachments.
The operations dashboard facilitates the easy printing of a linked quotation once it is associated with a booking.
A quotation can be used in multiple bookings simultaneously, enabling effective utilization across various contexts.
