Introduction
Once the quotation has undergone the necessary preparation, it is now ready for downloading so as to be sent to the client or printed.
You have the option to print the quotation from both the Sales Dashboard, Quote Builder, and Operations Dashboard modules. There are guided steps for each of the alternatives above.
Conditions
The quotation should have at least one version saved.
The quotation must be linked to a booking.

You can generate various versions of the quotation to track its evolution.

To generate the Quotation report, you will be prompted to enter a generic username and password, which will be provided during the Logic rollout.

Quotations can be exported to multiple file formats, with PDF, Excel, and Word being the most commonly preferred options.

For you to download or print documents from the Operations Dashboard, the booking must be linked to a quotation.

Bookings can be linked to quotations by either Linking Quotations to Bookings or Turning Quotations to Bookings.
