Build a Quotation
In this guide, we learn how to create the body of a quotation, covering specific charges and their corresponding values, currency selection, notes to clients, and operations.
Unlike the Get Quotation Reference number guide, which focuses on constructing the header, this guide focuses on the details of the quotation's body.
There are two methods for generating the body: manual charge addition for customization and using Pricing templates and FAK rates for efficiency.
- There should be an existing quotation in the Quotation Builder.
- You must attach the Terms and Conditions before saving the quotation.
- Regardless of the date, it is necessary to have at least one registered exchange rate.
Understanding the concept of quotation options is crucial as they need to be specified in every quotation.
