Close a Booking
This function is utilized to close bookings or shipments that have reached the end of their processes. Closing a booking removes it from the user's dashboard, signifying that all necessary tasks have been completed and there are no pending tasks or actions left for that specific booking or shipment. Most editing functions will be disabled once the booking is closed.
Logic TMS also allows users to delegate the closure of bookings to authorized individuals, for those offices that have defined a supervisor review stage to ensure that the necessary steps are completed before finalizing a booking.
- The shipment process must be complete.
- Suppliers' evaluations must be completed before delegation.
- Worksteps with set alarms must be completed before the delegation.
Editing functions will be removed when the booking is closed, despite being visible from the dashboard.
Users who do not have access to the booking closure button must delegate the closure to their supervisor.
