Introduction
The Delegate function allows users to collaborate in the quotation process. Users can delegate or share quotations with other team members, enabling them to view and collaborate on the same quotation simultaneously. This function enhances teamwork and facilitates seamless collaboration in the quotation creation process.

Delegated quotations can be created either at the time of quotation creation or by using the "Delegate" button on the Sales Dashboard.
Conditions
A quotation must exist.

Quotations can only be simultaneously shared by a maximum of two users.
Delegations cannot be removed once accepted.
