Create an Intra-house Booking

Introduction
Intra-house bookings are operations made between two companies from the same organization. This feature enables internal coordination of logistics, ensuring centralized control and tracking of shipments by using only one reference number for the whole operation.
Conditions
A booking must be created.
There must be at least two active offices in different countries for this feature to be relevant.
You must click on the intra-house checkbox to activate the associated fields.
You must specify the receiving country.
The user(s) must have a Logic TMS account in the receiving country.

Intra-house bookings have a split workflow, allowing each side to manage its processes while still having coordination, efficiency, and cost control in operations.

Although intrahouse bookings are for bookings made in the same organization, attachment data, booking costs, and booking invoices are not shared.

The post-it panel data and route data are shared between the offices.

The system will display a list of users from the receiving country only once the country is selected.
