Introduction
The Quotation process can be lengthy and involve negotiations, resulting in modifications to the initially sent quotation.
Logic enables you to track these changes by allowing you to save multiple versions of the same quotation.
When generating a printed version of a quotation, you will be able to access and view all existing quotation versions.
When creating a booking based on a quotation or linking them together, Logic enables you to select the approved version chosen by the client.
Conditions
In order to save a new quotation version, you must have an existing quotation with saved charges.
You must modify a quotation in order to have a new version to save.
