How to Import Bookings

Introduction
The import bookings function on the Dashboard displays bookings made by all colleagues within the same country. It was primarily designed to ensure that when one is absent or on holiday, others can access and continue working on their bookings. 
Additionally, team leaders or managers can utilize this feature to access the bookings of the operatives they supervise, making it a valuable tool for seamless collaboration.
Conditions
The booking to be imported must be open.
An Intra-house booking cannot be imported by a different colleague other than the initially assigned one.

A closed booking cannot be imported.

If the booking you want to import is an Intrahouse booking, it cannot be imported into your Dashboard, even if it has already been assigned to a colleague in your country.
