Dealing with Intra-house Bookings as Agent

Introduction
Intra-house bookings are shipments that are coordinated from both ends of two different offices of the same organization.
Logic will alert the agent via in-app notification and email. In either case, the Booking Reference number should be assigned to sales and operations executives in order to start executing tasks in it.

Conditions
There must be two offices of the same organization coordinating a shipment from both ends. 
The booking must be an intra-house booking.
The status of the booking must be active.

An easy way of locating a booking is through filters. In this case, the Booking Reference number is used to locate the Intra-house shipment from the Search Booking module.

Select the most recent booking that has an active status.
