Pricing templates assist in organizing sets of charges that are readily available for use when preparing a quotation.
Unlike Pricing templates without values, those with values allow you to manage charges that specifically represent services you directly provide, which may not necessarily represent buying rates.
Utilizing Pricing templates significantly reduces the time required for constructing a quotation.
- Regardless of whether it is your own company, the provider of this Pricing Template must be present in Directory Management and correctly assigned to the corresponding administrative group.
The "Pricing Module" can be accessed from the Main Menu or the Quotation Builder.
Pricing templates allow charges to be easily added to quotations through drag-and-drop, eliminating manual entry for each charge.
Header fields can be left empty to provide Pricing templates with broader applicability
